MEET KRISTEN
I have been so fortunate to grow up in the community in which we have decided to raise our family in. It has afforded me the opportunity to see and be actively apart of the growth and development of the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon Communities. 
Being based in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area all this time has to lead me to the wonderful career of real estate. I have been able to help all kinds of families find places to call home. Alongside my husband Matt, we have worked with countless families to create their dream home. Which over the past 18 years has come in so many different shapes, sizes, budgets, and circumstances!
I have a background in communication and a wealth of hands-on experience in so many of life’s different stages that a true passion has grown for helping others both personally and professionally. I work with clients to, find property for sale and/or lease, design their home and custom build and remodel their project.
Often times my life feels like an episode from an HGTV show. The problem is it’s hard to say exactly which one. I believe in being hands with our clients (which means physically working on their project), helping them every step of the way (sharing the vision of what something can be), and to ensure that whatever their vision is I can help them achieve it (lots of time talking). I have been selling real estate for 4 years and have recently joined the team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Elite Properties in January of 2016. Warren Buffett, chairman, and CEO, Berkshire Hathaway Inc. stated that “HomeServices will be around tomorrow, next week, next month, and a century from now.

When I am not selling, leasing real estate or working on construction projects I can be found with my family. I enjoy watching them play sports and just goof around being kids. I am also an active member of the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Junior Service Club, Habitat for Humanity, and PTO Vice President.
